1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Brown Raven Tours Ltd. By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Booking and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A deposit is normally required to confirm a booking. The amount and payment deadline will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
- Full payment is required before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices may change until a booking is confirmed and the deposit is received. Once confirmed, the price is fixed except for changes beyond our control (such as new government taxes or park fee increases).
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email is acceptable).
- Refunds depend on the cancellation policies of the hotels, camps, airlines, and other suppliers we book on your behalf.
- Cancellation fees may apply and will be calculated based on how close the cancellation is to the travel date and the suppliers’ terms.
- We will always try to recover as much as possible on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee full refunds.
4. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have:
- A valid passport (usually with at least 6 months validity)
- The correct visa or Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA) for Kenya
- Any required vaccinations or health documentation
Brown Raven Tours is not liable if you are denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
5. Changes to Itineraries
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to an itinerary when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, road conditions, wildlife movements, or operational reasons.
Where accommodation needs to be changed, we will always aim to provide a property of similar standard.

- Injury, illness, or death arising from activities during the trip, except where caused by our proven negligence
